Avison Young markets Savoy Apartments, a 302-unit Charlotte property

Avison Young has been retained to market Savoy Apartments, a 302-unit Class A multifamily community in Charlotte at 650 E. Brooklyn Village Ave., according to ConnectCRE.

The six-story property also includes four ground-floor retail suites, and it offers a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans.

Savoy Apartments is more than 95% occupied and features amenities such as a pool, coworking spaces, a fitness center, pet amenities, covered parking, and ground-floor retail, ConnectCRE said.

ConnectCRE added that an Avison Young team, led by James Nelson, Erik Edeen, James Hanson, Steven Peden, and Kim Troeller, is handling the marketing effort.
