FAA delays Boeing 737 Max 10 certification over software issue

CNBC reports that the FAA administrator said certification of the Boeing 737 Max 10 will be delayed until the agency can assess a software issue on the aircraft.

The FAA said the delay is tied to the time required for that software assessment.
