John Allan’s signs 3,000-square-foot Midtown East lease for flagship
The move follows a relocation from 575 Fifth Avenue and comes as CBRE pegged the building’s asking rent at $60 per square foot.
Commercial Observer reports that John Allan’s, a men’s grooming and hair brand, is moving its flagship location to Midtown East after signing a 3,000-square-foot lease at 4 East 46th Street.
The new site will be a relocation from 575 Fifth Avenue, with CBRE characterizing the building’s asking rent at $60 per square foot. The lease term was not disclosed.
CBRE said Paul Walker represented John Allan’s in the transaction, while Claude Kolb of Lee & Associates negotiated on behalf of the building’s ownership. CBRE also stated that the new location is intended to let the brand continue serving nearby customers and maintain its long-term presence in New York City.
