Newmark arranges $97.5M sale of Willow Oaks Medical Campus in Fairfax

Newmark arranged the $97.5 million sale of the Willow Oaks Medical Campus, a two building medical office portfolio in Fairfax, Virginia.

According to ConnectCRE, the properties comprise 382,850 square feet and are located at 8260 and 8280 Willow Oaks Corporate Drive.

ConnectCRE said Inova Health System acquired the portfolio from Stockdale Capital Partners.

Newmark represented the seller through its U.S. Medical Office Capital Markets team, with additional support from D.C area capital markets executives.
