Freehill breaks ground on 1.64M-SF Houston industrial project

Fairbanks Landing, a four-building Class A development, will be delivered in two phases, with Phase I expected in Q3 2027 and Phase II in Q4 2027.

Freehill has broken ground on Fairbanks Landing, a four-building Class A industrial development totaling 1.64 million square feet in Northwest Houston, according to ConnectCRE.

The project will be delivered in two phases. Phase I covers Buildings 1 and 2 with 809,220 square feet, scheduled for completion in Q3 2027, while Phase II adds Buildings 3 and 4 with 834,720 square feet, with delivery expected in Q4 2027.

ConnectCRE reports that Phase I is being developed as a build-to-suit for Power Electronics.

JLL’s Ryan Green and Jeff Venghaus represented Power Electronics, and JLL’s Joseph Berwick, Richard Quarles and Eliza Klein represented Freehill, with the team also handling leasing for Phase II on Freehill’s behalf.
