Putin signs decree to add 15,500 troops to Russian army

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on Monday to increase the size of Russia’s army by 15,500 troops, according to SCMP Economy.

The decree is the fourth such troop increase order this year, and it comes as both Russia and Ukraine continue to suffer mounting casualties in the more than four and a half year war, SCMP Economy reported.
