Sentinel Capital expands office footprint at One Vanderbilt by 7,134 sf
The lease expansion increases Sentinel’s space to 34,737 square feet at the 1 Vanderbilt tower, which SL Green says is still 100 percent leased.
Private equity firm Sentinel Capital Partners has expanded its office space at One Vanderbilt in Manhattan, adding 7,134 square feet on a portion of the tower’s 54th floor, according to a Monday announcement from landlord SL Green Realty.
The expansion brings Sentinel’s total footprint in the building to 34,737 square feet, Commercial Observer reported. The outlets said the lease term and asking rent were not disclosed.
Commercial Observer also noted that One Vanderbilt, a 1.7 million-square-foot tower at 1 Vanderbilt Avenue west of Grand Central Terminal, remains 100 percent leased according to SL Green.
The report added that law firm Greenberg Traurig recently signed a 10.5-year deal for 33,477 square feet at the high-rise, though it did not provide additional terms for Sentinel’s expansion.
