Lendistry acquires Windsor Life Insurance, without disclosing terms
Windsor Life will keep serving its existing policyholders, and Lendistry has not announced changes to the insurer’s operations.
Lendistry has acquired Windsor Life Insurance, adding a licensed life insurer to a business that already includes lending, asset management, and insurance distribution, according to Coverager.
The companies did not disclose the deal terms. Windsor Life will continue serving its existing policyholders, and Lendistry has not announced new products or changes to the insurer’s operations.
The acquisition follows Lendistry’s 2025 launch of LIFT, an insurance agency aimed at connecting small businesses with business and life insurance coverage. Windsor Life is positioned as a carrier to support that distribution operation.
