Specialty Program Group buys HCM Unlocked, adding workforce technology services
The acquisition keeps HCM Unlocked operating under its current name, with CEO John Wallace leading the business.
Specialty Program Group, part of Hub, has acquired HCM Unlocked, expanding the employee benefits firm’s offerings with payroll, HR, benefits administration, and workforce technology services.
HCM Unlocked, founded in 2018 and headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, has more than 200 employees and serves mid-market and enterprise clients. Its services include HCM system selection and implementation, managed payroll, tax and compliance support, and leave of absence administration.
The company’s DELTA platform is described as validating data across payroll, HR, and benefits systems. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Coverager reports that HCM Unlocked will continue operating under its current name, led by CEO John Wallace.
