WTW adds Radar AI Assistant to its Radar Vision insurance platform

WTW has rolled out Radar AI Assistant, a new natural language capability within its Radar Vision platform for insurers, the company said. The tool is built to support AI-driven performance and experience monitoring across pricing, underwriting, claims, and portfolio management.

WTW said Radar AI Assistant helps teams identify emerging issues and uncover hidden patterns in their data, with the goal of producing real-time, actionable insights. The assistant is also designed to explain likely drivers behind signals and route those insights into recommended pricing and underwriting actions.

Radar AI Assistant is part of Radar, an insurance technology platform that unifies pricing, underwriting, and claims into a single end-to-end solution. WTW said it uses proprietary analytics and generative AI capabilities to help personal and commercial lines insurers make faster, smarter decisions, citing Pardeep Bassi, WTW’s global proposition leader in data science, insurance consulting and technology.
