EliseAI raises $350M, boosts proptech unicorn valuation to $4B

The company said it will use the funding to add products and expand engineering, deployment and sales teams, including a planned second engineering hub in San Francisco.

EliseAI, a Manhattan-based artificial intelligence company automating housing and health care systems, announced it has raised $350 million, lifting its valuation to $4 billion, Commercial Observer reports.

The funding round was led by Andreessen Horowitz, also known as a16z, and Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, Sapphire Ventures and Navitas Capital.

EliseAI said it plans to use the capital to accelerate product development and automate more of its customers’ operations, while growing its engineering, deployment and sales teams across its North American offices.

The company also plans to establish San Francisco as a second engineering hub alongside its Manhattan headquarters, CEO Minna Song said, adding that customers are asking for support for more operations over time.
