Fortune International Group, Blue Road deliver Nexo Residences in Miami

ConnectCRE reports that Fortune International Group and Blue Road delivered Nexo Residences, a 16-story short-term rental condominium in North Miami Beach.

The project, at 13899 Biscayne Blvd., includes 254 units delivered fully furnished, with studio to three-bedroom floorplans and additional three- and four-bedroom townhomes.

According to ConnectCRE, unit sizes range from 531 to 2,438 interior square feet, and owners can use rental flexibility through AvantStay, a hospitality management company and technology platform.

The same outlet says an on-site hospitality team will handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and housekeeping.
