Patricof signs 10-year lease for Midtown offices at 545 Madison
The landlord said Patricof will take the full 16th floor, and the tenant plans to relocate to Madison Avenue at the end of the first quarter of 2027.
Patricof, a private investment platform that focuses on connecting professional athletes with investment opportunities, has signed a 10-year lease for a Midtown office space at Marx Realty’s 545 Madison Avenue, Commercial Observer reported.
The lease covers 7,500 square feet, taking the entire 16th floor of the 17-story building between East 54th and East 55th streets. The landlord did not disclose the asking rent, but prior reporting by Commercial Observer cited $145 per square foot for the building.
Patricof is currently based at 34 East 51st Street and will relocate to Madison Avenue at the end of the first quarter of 2027, according to the report.
Marx Realty President and CEO Craig Deitelzweig said the move reflects the quality of tenants drawn to the building’s design and hospitality-style feel, as quoted in Commercial Observer’s coverage.
