Goldman Sachs keeps a Buy on IndiGo, targets ₹5,900
The brokerage’s target implies more than 21% upside versus the stock’s prior close of ₹4,874.5, citing IndiGo’s market share gains.
Goldman Sachs reiterated a Buy rating on IndiGo and kept its target price at ₹5,900, putting the airline stock back in focus after recent weakness, according to LiveMint Markets.
The brokerage said its target price implies an upside of more than 21% from IndiGo’s previous closing price of ₹4,874.5.
LiveMint Markets reported that the bullish view is supported by sustained market share gains and favorable capacity dynamics in India’s domestic aviation market, along with cost leadership and growth potential in international operations.
Goldman Sachs also pointed to IndiGo’s domestic share rising from around 50% in FY20 to around 65% in August 2026, expecting the momentum to remain sustainable.
