Intact partners with QuickFacts to speed underwriting updates

The partnership will make Intact’s underwriting guidelines available inside the QuickFacts broker platform for faster comparison and updates.

Intact Insurance has formalized a partnership with Canadian broker platform QuickFacts to distribute its underwriting guidelines and updates through the platform, with the direct relationship designed to move changes to Intact’s underwriting information into QuickFacts faster.

According to Coverager, Intact said the update is intended to help brokers create new comparisons and access underwriting information more conveniently, noting that many broker partners already use QuickFacts in their day to day work.

Coverager also reported that applications opened on August 6 and are set to close on September 7, with grant recipients expected to be announced in fall 2026.

Amanda Nordstrom, VP of Corporate Underwriting, Personal Lines at Intact, said the company is focused on making it easier for brokers to get the information they need, and that embedding Intact’s underwriting guidelines within QuickFacts gives brokers another way to find that information.
