BGO buys 11 fully leased surgery centers spanning nine US markets
The portfolio totals 223,000 square feet, and Flagship Healthcare Properties will keep managing the properties for BGO.
BGO has agreed to purchase an 11-property portfolio of surgery centers in the US from a joint venture of Flagship Healthcare Properties and AEW Capital Management, Commercial Observer reported.
The seller said the portfolio is 100 percent leased and totals 223,000 square feet across nine markets including Dallas-Fort Worth, Chicago, Nashville, Lakeland-Winter Haven, Columbia, Huntsville, Kalamazoo-Portage, and Prescott, Ariz.
Flagship will continue to manage the properties for BGO after the sale, while the purchase price was not disclosed, Commercial Observer reported.
One example of the acquired assets is Tri-City Surgery Center in Prescott, which spans 12,718 square feet and includes three operating rooms and one procedure room.
