Birgit Boykin named Chief People Officer at Oliver Wyman and Marsh

Boykin, who initially joined Oliver Wyman in 2025 as Chief People Officer for the Americas, will assume the global role on October 1, 2026.

Oliver Wyman and Marsh Management Consulting appointed Birgit Boykin as Chief People Officer, effective October 1, 2026, according to Reinsurance News.

In the new role, Boykin will work with leaders across Oliver Wyman and Marsh to build a global people strategy aligned with organizational growth and goals, and she will lead efforts to attract, develop, and retain talent.

The appointment also places Boykin in Oliver Wyman's Global Leadership Team and Marsh's People Leadership Team.

Reinsurance News said Boykin initially joined Oliver Wyman in 2025 as Chief People Officer for the Americas, where she supported the region’s commercial growth agenda and strengthened performance management and leadership capabilities in Oliver Wyman’s Human Capital function.
