CBRE named exclusive leasing agent for Valencia Place office in Kansas City

ConnectCRE reports that Price Brothers appointed CBRE as the exclusive leasing agent for Valencia Place, a 10-story office building totaling approximately 250,000 square feet at 444 W. 47th St. in Kansas City.
The property, built in 2000, has been home to Lockton Companies, which plans to relocate to a larger footprint in an approximately 450,000-square-foot build-to-suit headquarters in Leawood, Kansas, in early 2030.
ConnectCRE adds that Bob Fagan and Matt Eckert of CBRE are marketing the asset on behalf of Price Brothers.
The report says Valencia Place includes recent investments in amenities and infrastructure, including a lobby reception area, fitness space, and dining space.
