EEOC sues Harvard seeking hiring data in discrimination case
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has filed a lawsuit against Harvard seeking information on the universitys hiring practices.
The EEOC asked a judge to compel Harvard to provide the data, saying the hiring practices discriminated against white men.
