Industrious leases full third floor at Skanska’s Bellevue tower

The coworking operator will take 22,000 square feet, and The Eight is now 92% leased after the deal.

Industrious, a national coworking space operator, has leased an entire floor at Skanska’s 25-story office building, The Eight, in Bellevue, according to ConnectCRE.

The company will occupy 22,000 square feet on the building’s third floor, with plans to open the new coworking space in June 2027.

ConnectCRE also reports that the leasing transaction makes The Eight 92% leased. The building at 10770 NE Eighth Street was completed in July 2025, Skanska developed and constructed it, and Pickard Chilton served as the architect.

ConnectCRE added that Industrious’ move marks its sixth workspace in the Seattle area and its second in Bellevue. Earlier this year, The Eight signed two retail tenants, Chipotle Mexican
