Maison Estelle leases 30,000 sq ft in Flatiron’s Church of the Holy Communion

Commercial Observer reports the lease marks the first stateside location for Maison Estelle’s parent company, Estelle Community.

Maison Estelle, an exclusive private club based in London, has leased roughly 30,000 square feet inside the Church of the Holy Communion in Manhattan’s Flatiron District, Commercial Observer reports.

The space is located at the corner of West 20th Street and Avenue of the Americas, within the deconsecrated 19th-century church.

Commercial Observer says the deal at 656 Avenue of the Americas is the first stateside location for Maison Estelle’s parent company, Estelle Community.

The outlet also notes that Estelle Community was founded by Sharan Pasricha and that its U.K. clubs are known for exclusivity, including a no-photos policy, with estimated annual dues around $4,000.
