SpringHill Suites by Marriott New Braunfels River Village to open in 2027

ConnectCRE reports that Oldham Goodwin is nearing completion of a new SpringHill Suites by Marriott in New Braunfels River Village, with plans to open in January 2027.

The project is an 8-story, 150-key hotel at 738 I-35 N. frontage road along the Guadalupe River, according to ConnectCRE.

The hotel will feature Paloma Suerte, a Tex-Mex restaurant based in Fort Worth, plus amenities including a two-tier pool with a bar and private cabanas, and a 1,328-square-foot fitness center.

ConnectCRE also said the property will have 4,400 square feet of event space and select accommodations with private balconies overlooking the Guadalupe River.
