Prudential Financial renames U.S. advisory business Prudential Wealth Advisors
The unit supports more than 3,000 financial advisors nationwide and said assets under management rose from about $27 billion in 2023 to $44 billion in less than three years.
Prudential Financial has renamed its U.S. financial advice business to Prudential Wealth Advisors, reflecting what the company describes as an expansion into broader wealth management services, according to Coverager.
The business supports more than 3,000 financial advisors nationwide, and Prudential said assets under management have increased more than 60% in less than three years, rising from about $27 billion in 2023 to about $44 billion.
Coverager reports the rebrand follows investments in advisor technology, financial planning resources, and investment capabilities, including via Prudential’s strategic partnership with LPL Financial.
Prudential said insurance and annuities will remain part of the offering alongside financial planning and investments, and it expects to keep investing in its advisor platform as it attracts more experienced advisors and wealth managers.
