Sentora proposes revocable control over an isolated Aave v4 hub
The Sept. 28 governance proposal would let Sentora set credit-risk settings, while the Aave DAO would retain contract ownership and a review path for new markets.
CryptoSlate reports that a proposed Aave governance change would split responsibilities for a planned Ethereum lending market, with the Aave DAO keeping contract ownership while Sentora would control day-to-day credit risk decisions.
In the governance proposal posted Sept. 28, Sentora would operate an isolated Aave V4 Hub and its lending Spokes through revocable roles, choosing collateral, interest-rate curves, liquidation settings, and oracles, while Aave’s existing risk service providers would not be assigned to monitor or respond to incidents.
The proposal would use Aave V4’s structure that separates the Hub holding liquidity from the Spokes where loans originate, and it would limit the borrowable assets to RLUSD, PYUSD, and O, with Sentora’s Hub drawing from suppliers in its own instance.
CryptoSlate says the plan remains an ARFC for community discussion, with a Snapshot vote and then an on-chain Aave Improvement Proposal required before any approval.
