Trammell Crow breaks ground on 233,335-square-foot Charlotte project
Caldwell Commerce Center will deliver by July 2027 and spans two rear-load buildings totaling 233,335 square feet on 24 acres.
Trammell Crow Company has broken ground on Caldwell Commerce Center, a speculative industrial development in Charlotte, North Carolina, consisting of two buildings totaling 233,335 square feet, ConnectCRE reported.
Delivery is expected by July 2027. The project is planned on 24 acres at 6122 and 6125 Caldwell Park Drive and includes rear-load facilities sized at 106,175 square feet and 127,160 square feet.
ConnectCRE also said each building will offer 32-foot clear heights, and the development will include build-to-suit office space.
The joint venture partner is described as a consortium of investors led by CBRE Japan, which includes Mitsubishi Logistics Corporation.
