Colliers arranges $22.75 million sale for Santee industrial redevelopment

The deal includes construction of the 290,618-square-foot Palisade Santee Commerce Center, with delivery expected in the third quarter of 2027.

ConnectCRE reports that Colliers arranged the $22.75 million sale of a 13.49-acre industrial land site at 10990 N. Woodside Ave. in Santee.

The property was acquired by North Palisade Partners, and construction has started on the Palisade Santee Commerce Center, a 290,618-square-foot multi-tenant industrial hub built on the former Santee Drive-In site.

The project is slated for completion in the third quarter of 2027, and Colliers said EVP Evan McDonald represented North Palisade Partners.

Colliers added that McDonald and EVP Mark Lewkowitz will serve as the property’s exclusive leasing advisors.
