Diesel prices are rising as Middle East and Ukraine disruptions hit supply
WSJ Markets reports that diesel prices have been soaring amid wars in the Middle East and Ukraine that have blocked shipments from regions that normally supply nearly one third of the world’s diesel exports.
The outlet says those supply disruptions are behind the tightness in diesel availability that has pushed prices higher.
