Everview Partners buys Tucson shallow-bay industrial portfolio for $165.75M

The 85-building, 1.25 million square foot portfolio was about 90 percent leased to 452 tenants at the time of sale, spanning 14 properties.

Everview Partners acquired an industrial portfolio in Tucson, purchasing 85 shallow-bay buildings covering 1.25 million square feet for $165.75 million, according to ConnectCRE.

At the time of the transaction, the portfolio was roughly 90 percent leased to 452 tenants and included 14 properties.

ConnectCRE also said the seller, Pegasus Tucson Owner LLC of Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, is associated with Equus Capital Partners.

The article noted that the properties were originally acquired by Equus-sponsored funds in October 2021 for approximately $150 million.
