MLS leaders urged to reduce friction and invest in new member tools
At the Council of MLS’s Open House conference, industry consultant David Charron, formerly strategy chief at Bright MLS, said MLS relevance will depend on budget choices made now, according to HousingWire.
Charron urged MLS organizations to cut friction, collaborate across markets, and invest in products that members will use within the next 18 months, as leaders weigh how the MLS will operate as the housing market evolves.
