Palantir lobbyist co-founder helped Andy Burnham return to Downing Street

Martha Dalton’s firm Lodestone worked for Palantir in 2024 and 2025, including promoting the company’s software at events in parliament where engineers demonstrated AI systems.

Guardian Business reports that Martha Dalton, co-founder of Lodestone, played a senior role in helping UK politician Andy Burnham become prime minister. The outlet says Lodestone worked for Palantir in 2024 and 2025.

The report says Dalton campaigned for Burnham in the Makerfield byelection that secured his return to parliament, and worked closely with his team on strategic communications and rebuttals.

Guardian Business adds that Dalton was among supporters who clapped Burnham into Downing Street in July, and that Lodestone’s work for Palantir included promoting its software at parliamentary events where its engineers demonstrated AI powered systems.
