Affinius Capital backs $94.8M student housing project at Oregon State

The 13-story Zev Corvallis complex will deliver 667 student beds and is slated for completion in fall 2028.

Affinius Capital has provided $94.8 million in construction financing for Fields Holdings to build Zev Corvallis, a 13-story student housing complex on the campus of Oregon State University in Corvallis, Ore., according to Commercial Observer.

The project will include 262 units and is expected to deliver 667 student beds, with 4,500 square feet of retail space in the development.

Commercial Observer reports that Tyler Figley, Affinius Capital senior vice president, said the investment reflects growing enrollment at Oregon State University and a lack of new student housing, particularly high-rise developments in the area.

Zev Corvallis is scheduled to be completed in fall 2028, the outlet added.
