Bühler expands plansifter line with brushless sieve cleaners
The new sieve frame can raise control-sifting capacity by up to 40% without increasing the plansifter’s footprint.
Bühler is expanding its plansifter solutions with new brushless sieve cleaners, a purpose-built maintenance platform, and a high-capacity sieve frame for control sifters, aimed at improving sifting performance and product quality. World Grain says the package is also designed to make routine maintenance safer, cleaner, and more ergonomic.
The outlet notes that effective cleaning of sieve fabrics is essential for efficient sifting, while regular maintenance of sieve stacks helps prevent unplanned downtime, extend the service life of key components, and reduce operating and follow-up costs.
Bühler’s latest sieve cleaners, the NovaBlue II and NovaWhite, are designed to support efficient cleaning inside the sieve stack, and the new maintenance platform is intended to improve safety and working conditions during sieve stack maintenance.
World Grain adds that an innovative sieve frame boosts control-sifting capacity by up to 40% without increasing the plansifter’s footprint, and that the NovaBlue II and NovaWhite are compatible with all Bühler sieve stack versions, including Nova, NovaTec, and NovaPur.
