Homeward raises $120 million in Series D equity
The Austin-based provider also secured $330 million in asset-backed debt facilities to fund additional home transactions.
Homeward, an Austin-based provider of real estate financing solutions, raised $120 million in Series D equity financing, led by Saluda Grade, with participation from Continental General and other investors, according to Coverager.
The company also secured $330 million in asset-backed debt facilities to fund additional home transactions.
Homeward works with real estate agents to help clients buy and sell homes, offering products that include purchasing a next home before selling a current one, receiving a cash offer while retaining potential upside from a later resale, and making a cash-backed purchase before refinancing into a traditional mortgage.
Homeward said its platform has partnered with more than 25,000 agents and facilitated over $4 billion in residential real estate transactions since its 2018 founding.
