The Richmond Trade Center spans five buildings and sits on about 119 acres, with Rockhill set to manage and operate the asset.

Rockpoint, a Boston-based real estate private equity firm, and Rockpoint Industrial announced the acquisition of the Richmond Trade Center, a 1.03-million-square-foot, five-building industrial campus in Chester, Virginia, according to ConnectCRE.

Rockhill, Rockpoint’s property services affiliate, will manage and operate the property after the deal, and the transaction’s financial terms were not disclosed.

The industrial campus was developed in 2015 and includes four cross-dock warehouse buildings and one light industrial building on approximately 119 acres, ConnectCRE reported.

The property is described as having modern specifications, including flexible building layouts intended to accommodate a broad range of industrial users.
