ElevenLabs completed a $300 million employee tender offer valuing the AI voice and conversational agent company at $22 billion, double its February Series D valuation, according to Coverager. Wellington and T. Rowe Price led the transaction.
The company said enterprise customers now account for 55% of revenue. It also said its technology is used in daily operations at five of the world’s ten largest insurers, though it did not identify all five or specify their rankings.
Coverager also noted that ElevenAgents, which connects conversational AI agents to companies’ knowledge and systems, has been deployed across customers, with insurance policy renewals among the tasks handled by its agents.
The article added that ElevenAgents now handles more than 15 million conversations weekly, three times its February volume, and that annual recurring revenue has more than tripled over the same period.
