Gujarat Natural Resources sets Nov. 5 record date for 1:10 stock split
The company fixed November 5, 2026 as the record date after shareholders approved the first-ever split at its AGM.
Gujarat Natural Resources has set Thursday, November 5, 2026 as the record date for its proposed 1:10 stock split, according to a market regulatory filing reported by LiveMint Markets.
Under the plan, each fully paid equity share with a face value of ₹10 will be subdivided into 10 equity shares with a face value of Re 1 each, with the new shares ranking pari-passu.
The record date is used to determine which shareholders are eligible for the split, and the company said the split was approved by shareholders at its Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday.
