JLL leases 28,762 sq ft at Midtown tower in two long-term deals

Bank of India, New York Branch took a 20-year lease for the entire 12th floor, while IQ-EQ Fund Services signed a 10-year lease for the entire 14th floor.

ConnectCRE reported that JLL secured 28,762 square feet of office space in two long-term transactions at 1212 Ave. of the Americas, a 24-story Midtown office tower owned by Stawski Partners.

The commercial bank owned by the Government of India, Bank of India, New York Branch, leased the entire 14,630-square-foot 12th floor under a 20-year agreement.

ConnectCRE also said IQ-EQ Fund Services, the U.S. division of global investor services firm IQ-EQ, signed a 10-year lease for the entire 14,132-square-foot 14th floor.
