The Points Guy leases 11,765 sf at One NoMad in Manhattan
The travel media company is taking the space for a lease term of five years and six months at an asking rent of $85 per square foot, according to Commercial Observer.
The Points Guy, operator of the travel and lifestyle website, leased 11,765 square feet at 875 Avenue of the Americas, also known as One NoMad, in Manhattan’s NoMad neighborhood, Commercial Observer reported.
The deal is with landlords Kaufman Organization and Beacon Capital Partners, with the asking rent set at $85 per square foot, the outlet said.
Commercial Observer added that the lease term runs for five years and six months, and said the landlords were represented by Kaufman’s Grant Greenspan, Michael Kaufman, and Benjamin Saftler, while Cushman & Wakefield’s Jonathan Fein and Brian Decillis represented TPG.
The outlet noted that it was not immediately clear whether The Points Guy plans to relocate from its current office.
