Kernel Holding revenue and EBITDA rise in fiscal 2026

The Ukrainian grains producer reported FY2026 revenue of $4.4 billion, up 7% year on year, and EBITDA of $558 million, up 20%.

Kernel Holding SA, a Ukrainian grains producer and exporter, reported fiscal 2026 revenue of $4.4 billion, up 7% year on year, and EBITDA of $558 million, up 20%, in results published Oct. 5.

The company said crop production increased 43% to 2.3 million tonnes and export terminal throughput reached 9.6 million tonnes during the financial year ended June 30.

Kernel reported grain exports of 6.3 million tonnes, representing 15% of Ukraine’s total, while crushing plants processed 3.2 million tonnes of oilseeds, down 8%.

In discussing the outlook for fiscal 2027, World Grain reports Kernel linked its prior bottom line to relative stability in Black Sea exports, but said that situation has shifted as war-related attacks intensified, including a roughly tenfold decline in vessel calls due to damage to port infrastructure and commercial vessels.
