Last day to buy GTV Engineering and PH Capital shares before Oct 7

LiveMint Markets said Tuesday is the last trading day to buy shares of GTV Engineering, PH Capital Limited, and PTC India Limited to qualify for corporate actions tied to record dates set for Wednesday, October 7.
GTV Engineering has announced a bonus issue in a 2:1 ratio, meaning eligible investors would receive two shares for every fully paid-up equity share of face value Re 1, with the bonus shares going only to shareholders eligible on the record date.
The outlet also noted that investors must hold the stock before the Oct. 7 record date to be eligible for the payouts tied to these corporate actions.
