OHT Partners breaks ground on 402-unit Austin multifamily project

OHT Partners has broken ground on The Barton, a 402-unit multifamily community in Southwest Austin, according to ConnectCRE.

The project, located at 8956 W. State Highway 71, will be built on more than 60 acres and will include more than 40 acres designated as green space.

The Barton will feature a mix of three-story garden-style buildings and two-story townhomes, with residences ranging from 702 to 1,584 square feet.

Planned amenities include two resort-style pools, a 9,000-square-foot clubhouse, and a 1,500-square-foot fitness center, ConnectCRE reported.
