RIVVY Tribute Portfolio Hotel opens in Chicago River North
The new hotel replaces the former Hotel 55 site and adds 297 rooms plus 8,187 square feet of meeting and event space.
The RIVVY, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel by Marriott, debuted in Chicago’s River North neighborhood at 55 E. Ontario St., on the site of the former Hotel 55, according to ConnectCRE.
The property is a 297-room boutique hotel managed by Coury Hospitality, with 8,187 square feet of meeting and event space across eight event rooms, the outlet said.
ConnectCRE also noted that the hotel’s first floor includes Lure Fishbar, a seafood restaurant, as part of the new opening.
