Trump waives an off-road fuel requirement for dyed diesel use
The executive order signed by President Trump waives an off-road requirement for dyed diesel that is used in nonfarm vehicles in Nebraska.
According to the NYT Business, the fuel exemption applies to an off-road requirement and is exempt from the federal highway tax.
