Aon expands Denise Perlman’s role in reinsurance and middle market
The new responsibilities build on her work in Aon’s Integration Management Office tied to the proposed acquisition of USI.
Aon has expanded Denise Perlman’s responsibilities to include serving as Executive Managing Director and Middle Market Segment leader for reinsurance, Reinsurance News reports.
The expanded role also adds to her existing position as Aon’s representative on the Integration Management Office leadership team related to the firm’s proposed acquisition of USI, where the company is preparing for the transaction close.
In her new remit, Perlman will support middle market insurers, including efforts to grow their business, strengthen distribution strategies, and emphasize differentiation in a competitive market.
Previously, Perlman served as CEO of Middle Market for North America after joining Aon in 2025, and prior to that she was President for National Business Insurance at Marsh McLennan Agency, where she led growth and specialized industry practices for small and mid-sized clients.
