Clive Buesnel named CEO of Jensten Group effective Nov. 2, 2026

The appointment will take effect on 2 November 2026, pending regulatory approval, with Buesnel succeeding Rob Organ, who joined Jensten as CEO in 2021.

Jensten Group, a UK insurance broking, underwriting, and distribution group, has announced that Clive Buesnel will become its Group Chief Executive Officer effective 2 November 2026, subject to regulatory approval, according to Reinsurance News.

Buesnel will succeed Rob Organ, who has led Jensten since 2021, when he joined from Tasker Insurance Group.

Buesnel is joining from Advisory Partners, where he serves as Managing Partner, International, working with insurance CEOs, boards, and investors, and he previously led Tysers by integrating three businesses, updating operations and technology, and reinforcing the executive team.

Earlier in his career, he founded and built the Xchanging Insurance division to around £140 million in revenue and £26 million EBITDA, and he has also held roles including CEO of Lloyd’s carrier Jubilee and leadership positions at Deloitte related to the London market.
