The 62,400-square-foot mixed-use building will refinance maturing debt under a $16 million permanent loan.

Gantry has secured a $16 million permanent loan to refinance maturing debt for Russell Hall, a mixed-use property at 1414 NE 42nd St in Seattle, according to ConnectCRE.

The 62,400-square-foot, six-story building is adjacent to the University of Washington and the retail and hospitality corridor known as “The Ave.”

Russell Hall includes 120 subterranean parking stalls, ground-floor retail, three floors of office space, and 30 apartment units on the top two floors, with studio, one-, and two-bedroom floor plans.

ConnectCRE also noted that the ground floor retail includes restaurant options and provides ready pedestrian access to nearby shopping, dining, and academic amenities.
