Gitcha to bring buyer demand visibility to Hive MLS in December
The rollout begins in December for nearly 20,000 brokers and appraisers across six Southeastern states, according to HousingWire.
HousingWire reports Gitcha has signed an agreement with Hive MLS to add its Buyer Listing Service to Hive’s cooperative marketplace.
The December rollout is set to reach nearly 20,000 brokers and appraisers across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, Tennessee, and Alabama.
HousingWire says the partnership is intended to help MLS members create and share standardized buyer profiles in the MLS environment, expanding beyond traditional MLS focus on for-sale inventory.
In a release, Hive MLS CEO Daniel Jones said the added approach is meant to give members more ways to generate business opportunities, with buyer demand a key part of that.
