HCS Network Solutions executive highlights data-driven provider partnerships

Risk & Insurance spoke with Mike Zollenberg, Vice President of Network Management and Strategy at HCS Network Solutions, about how stronger provider relationships and data can improve outcomes in workers’ compensation.

In the interview, Zollenberg said HCS and MedRisk benefit from data across the MedRisk family of companies, and that providers want access to that information to see how they are performing and how they compare with peers.

He also discussed the role of network management, arguing that collaborative approaches can support better results for injured workers, providers, and payers.
