LogiPropCo buys 76 acres for 1.2M SF Sonoran Logistics Park
The planned two-building industrial campus is slated to begin construction in the fourth quarter and deliver in early 2028.
Logistics Property Co., or LogiPropCo, is buying 76 acres in Phoenix's Southwest Valley for a planned Sonoran Logistics Park, a project totaling 1.2 million square feet of industrial space, according to a Bisnow account of the company’s announcement. The planned site is at the intersection of Interstate 10 and Perryville Road in Buckeye.
Bisnow reports that LogiPropCo plans to break ground on the park in the fourth quarter, with an expected delivery in early 2028. The industrial campus will include two buildings and provide more than 15,000 amps of available power, the outlet said.
The transaction price was not disclosed, Bisnow said. Cushman & Wakefield handled the deal, and will serve as the park’s leasing representatives.
Bisnow also noted the location is within 3 miles of Loop 303 and about 30 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, positioning it for access to transportation routes toward California and Mexico, and it will be LogiPropCo’s third development in the Phoenix region.
