Trump says Russia plague incident is not a bioweapon, to call Putin

Nearly 200 people in Russia's Irkutsk region in eastern Siberia were placed under medical observation earlier this week due to suspected exposure to plague, CNBC reports.

CNBC also reports that President Donald Trump does not think the incident is a bioweapon and plans to speak with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday.
